Our JOTM program seems to be coming around pretty well so far. We've got Ektelon, Head, and Oneshot on board and have a small stream of entries coming in each month.

What I'd like to establish now, is a program that highlights individuals that help grow our sport. While I don't think there will be any prizes per se, they will receive some recognition for their good deeds. For instance, I know of two individuals that do a lot for our sport, Eddie Meredith and Gary Mazaroff. A lot of their contributions are localized so I know people in the area know of them, but for those outside the area they might not even know who they are or what they've done. For instance, I hear of people on the East Coast that are doing wonderful things, but I have no idea who they are or how they're involved.

Once a person is picked it would be the same deal. We would write up an article on them once a month and feature it in our forums, maybe along with a seperate section of the site.

Any ideas/voluteers/resources?
