All - equipment: underglove--what-have-i-been-missing

After reading some other members on here mentioning the use of an underglove, I thought I spend a few bucks and try them out. I had seen a couple of other players use them at my club, but thought they looked weird since they were so thin. The ones I purchased were a little more substantial/thicker and felt great.

I played 10 games last night and used one underglove for about 7 of them and another for the remaining 3. WOW...these things are amazing. I wish I would've discovered these things when I started playing racquetball 6 years ago. I have been through so many gloves. These things are $1.50 or so a pop (including shipping) and are sooo worth it. My hand was never slippery. I probably would've been fine using the same underglove and glove for all 10 games, but thought I'd let the first set dry out.

I used to use them, even with my PK Pure One gloves, but now that I'm using Gearbox Movement I have no use for them. I still have a few brand new packs in my gym bag and have even given some away to friends. I've used the same 8 Movement gloves for over a year now, and they are still in top shape. I am a heavy sweater but one gloves lasts me a couple of hours of play easy, plus I have never washed them but they don't dry up and get brittle. Amazing!!!

Imagine how long the GB gloves would last if you used the undergloves as well ;)

I've got about 10 new Head Ballistic gloves I got eBay for about $8 each. Once I get through those, I probably will get myself some GB Movements.

Hank that is probably a good idea. Unfortunately, I was wearing an XL glove with the undergloves but since I'm now playing without them I'm using a Lg glove. The fit might be just a bit too snug. I also seem to have a better feel for the racket without the underglove, but it is a great product.
