Here is what I love about this final.

This is a big test for Samantha.

It is clear by watching her that she has been training all summer.

The girl is moving quick and hitting hard.

Looks a bit more toned as well.

Rhonda lost one game on her way to the final...she is fresh and hasn't really been tested too much. Rhonda simply is fierce and she knows that she will have to play her best this season to stay ahead of Paola and Samantha. Those girls are training very hard to take Rhonda's spot.

New commissioner...new season....new live broadcasting network...level of play is up on the WPRO and the energy and enthusiasm is high. This season, I believe, may just be their most exciting ever. At least in the 15+ years I have followed and I have witnessed some great WPRO seasons!

Samantha's semi final gave an idea of what it will look like outside of the top 3 fighting for first...Kerri is not going to stand back and let the young guns take over. Kerri and Samantha were battling it like two warriors who were not going to give up. Game two was a see-saw battle that went back and forth and back and forth for like 45 minutes or so a total of 28 points were scored with Kerri winning 15-13! That was the most exciting women's match I have seen. Samantha was Superwoman flying all over the place. Kerri was like..."what you want to get that one...well get this one"....it was crazy awesome.

I can only imagine what Samantha and Rhonda are going to bring since they both are known to do everything under their skin to get the ball and keep it in play.
