Life Time Fitness is currently hiring racquetball coordinators across the US. We are building courts, growing programs and adding more racquetball players to all communities. We have 53 locations that have racquetball courts and that number is growing. We are also the proud host of the US Open and a partner of USAR.
A racquetball coordinator is so important to the growth of racquetball in the United States as they are responsible for introducing new players to the sport and taking care of those that already play keeping players active and engaged.
To apply for a coordinator position at Life Time the following is required:
Teaching experience for lessons and clinics- USAR certified is preferred but not mandatory
Able to run and organize leagues and events
Computer skills- excel, outlook
Great people skills- must be outgoing and racquetball must be your passion
Your responsibilities will be:
Running leagues and hitting participation goals(use of our league software)
Monthly business planner
Hosting monthly clinic for beginners
Updating racquetball web page 1 time every week
Promote and grow participation and court usage
Make club revenue goals monthly
Handle member issues and emails

AZ- Gilbert, Palm Valley, Scottsdale
IL- Bloomingdale, Burr Ridge
MI- Novi, Rochester Hills, Troy
MN- Bloomington North (teaching only)
TX- Flower Mound, Garland, Mansfield, Cinco Ranch, Sugarland
