I had this happen to my cell phone...ended up taking it apart and leaving it in the sun for a few hours and it "healed". You just never know with electronics.

Glad you are fully functional laptop-wise Ms. K, and I'll get right on that kidney when it's necessary,ok? Meantime, drink away in the secure thought that we're prepared for any problems.
