Do the top indoor pros play with a different racquet model when playing outdoor?
The same with the top OD guys. Different racquet when indoor?
Different model, weight, grip, string tension? Just curious. Thanks.

Ya Gib, I would have thought the racquet/string/grip sponsors would appreciate this kind of topic to promote their products. Maybe not. LOL

I use the same racquet for both. O3 camo. But, I do string mine a little higher when playing outdoor because I am swinging a lot harder and mis-hitting some balls and that tends to loosen up the tension a tad bit faster.

Thanks for the response.
Is that status quo for the big boys, or just what works for you?
Out of curiousity how many national titles do you own?

Facetious???? I meant it out of admiration. I have read on here time and again ... "Clubber wins another title to add to his collection." I don't know how the question comes off as bad but I assure you it wasn't intended that way. Just curious as to how many titles you have earned.

Just reread my post. The big boys/staus quo comment was in regards to how you string your outdoor racq versus your indoor. I meant is that what most of the top outdoor pros do? Two different issues. Sorry if that is what created the confusion.

6 National titles thus far.

I won the CPRT division this past year with Cliff. That guy is very easy to play with.

I honestly cant opine on the stringing habits of the other OD pros. I have been doing it that way for so long I think it is habit now.
