I played in a tournament this weekend and was warned about foot faults during two of my matches. During my last match both my opponent and I were warned and he actually had two faults called on him. The referee stated that at the start of the service motion, you had to be completely inside the service box without touching any portion of the short line with any portion of your foot. I read the rule (3.9,(a) 1 "...any part of the server...touches the floor outside of the service zone" as meaning touching the line is okay just don't be over the line at the start of your motion! Am I missing something here?

I AM LOOKING FOR A DEVICE THAT WILL CHECK TENSION ON A STRING BED AFTER STRINGING. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CHECK MY STRINGING MACHINE FOR ACCURACY. CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A STRING TENSION TESTER?
