A little back ground. I have really flat feet. They cause shin splints and a host of other numerous problems. Recently its my ankles. The tendon on the left inside of my right foot is hurting all of the time. It sucks. I can't barely walk let alone play rball or my soccer games. Went to the podiatrist, and with no x-ray, no m.r.i. starts shoving orthotics down my throat, calling my case classic. I dont know if its the general way he explained things and prescribed them, or what, but I'm hesitant to take his advice that this is all I need. (I tend to be a complete hypochondriac and figured I'd need surgery lol).
So, the orthotics are 500 dollars, not covered by insurance, but custom made. Are they going to be any different than the Dr. Scholls? (in a sense that they'll be heads and shoulders better and warranting the price difference?) I think I've already decided that I will get them, but just wanting to know if anyone else out there has issues/similar problems and uses them.

I was fortunate to have a Sudsy sighting in San Diego and wanted to share a picture of him that I snapped. He has a really cool new shirt on :)

Rocky double faults a serve for side out. Then Kane hits some great shots and the streak continues. 5th game 12-10
I didn't know about this, Rafael is a good person and a great supporter of Racquetball especially with his company GearBox. He released a press release about his condition:

It seems that things are going well for him and I hope they continue to do so. Glad to hear!

Meetandplay.com is run by Jackie(jtmariece) and Will(rballonline). Not a large company as some might see, but it has been run by Jackie and Will for the last eleven years. Over the last eleven years moderating it has been somewhat of a challenge. If they are on vacation, they don’t always want to be attached to a computer looking over the forums to make sure that everyone is behaving, or that the forums are not being spammed like crazy. Over time they allowed more moderators to help take on the burden, and while that helped a lot, they still dreamed of one day being able to not have to worry about any problems the site was having at any point in time in their own lives. And so, the new self moderating forum was born!
How it works:
*New Members are restricted to only a few posts per day. This helps us stop spammers as well. Instead of having to remove 9, 10 or more posts a spammer would make, the delete key only needs to be hit once.
* The new forum is also reputation based. Once the spammer/newbie’s/unpopular individual’s reputation drops below zero, their account is suspended automatically.
* The like and dislike buttons help control the overall tone of the boards. If a dislike button is pushed on your post, your reputation is decreased by 5 points. If the like button is pushed, your reputation is increased by three. You also get three reputation points every time you post. On the same front, once the dislike button has been pushed enough times, the unpopular individual’s/spammer/newbie’s message is hidden, and must be clicked on to be viewed.
*Your reputation dictates your privileges on the forums. A new member with a low reputation can only post a certain amount of times in a twenty four hour period. A more experienced level reputation member can post more frequently, and has some moderation buttons added to their account. You also gain the ability to like and dislike more.
*A special forum feature is that, if an unpopular post is made, and before anyone comments on it, the topic gets enough dislikes, it will be deleted. This is important to know in the case of spammers.
Your vote counts and that’s why we switched to this forum, instead of it being held to the opinions of jtmariece, and rballonline what/who stays and what/who goes. So if you like what you’re reading, vote it up. If you don’t, vote it down.
(Disclaimer: each value for dislikes/likes, reputation increases/decreases etc, can change at any given time as we see fit, that’s why those numbers weren’t disclosed.)

Anyone know what season this would be? 5-6? Anyone want to play? I'll start.
you're not as brave as you were at the start
rate yourself and rape yourself,
take all the courage you have left
wasted on fixing all the problems that you made in your own head

This morning on the Interstate,
I looked over to my left and there was a
Woman
In a brand new
Cadillac
Doing 65 mph
With her
Face up next to her
Rear view mirror
Putting on her eyeliner.
I looked away
For a couple seconds...
to continue shaving
And when I looked back she was
Halfway over in my lane,
Still working on that makeup.
As a man,
I don't scare easily.
But she scared me so much
I dropped
My electric shaver
Which knocked
The donut
Out of my other hand.
In all The confusion of trying
To straighten out the car
Using my knees against
The steering wheel,
It knocked
My Cell Phone
Away from my ear
Which fell
Into the coffee
Between my legs!
Splashed,
And burned
Big Jim and the Twins,
Ruined the damn phone,
Soaked my trousers,
And disconnected an
Important call.
Damn women drivers!

Talked to Son at One Shot and I'm thinking of putting together a Tshirt for MNP to help with some of the graphic etc costs for the new site. I would have to order 50 and would like to see some interest before I pony up the cash. I've done this before and wound up Negative lol., so thats why this time around I'm asking first :) Anyone interested in a long sleeve Tshirt from MNP? What about Short Sleeve? What size??
TIA
