Hello all,
We recently brought in some energy boosting nutritional products from GU and Powerbar with little success. Does anyone use these during your normal matches or in tournaments?
I expect they would be great in between tournament matches as a meal supplement or to give you that extra boost. If you do, what do you use? Where do you buy it from? What have you found to work best for you?
Not trying to plug our products here but trying to get any feedback you guys have, we rely on your feedback to know what to sell!
Thanks in advance,
Ben

What's up everyone. Ben and I will be heading down with one of our in-house video guys from Racquetball Warehouse to Marina Park this Saturday to shoot some outdoor specific instructional videos with Greg Solis. These videos will be basically the same format as the indoor instructionals we've done with John Ellis (videos) except outdoor. I know a lot of you veterans have a ton of insight when it comes to the differences between outdoor and indoor players and was wondering if I could get some suggestions for topics to cover. Basically these videos are designed to give the indoor player some tips to practice before nationals and encourage participation in outdoor racquetball. Any suggestions, comments or ideas you can come up with would be awesome. So far I have two topics that Clubber called in and suggested to me and the third is one I'd like to include:
1) Shoulder/Chest high shots - Keeping the ball up on your opponent, elevating the ball and keeping it down the middle, high lob, and in Clubbers words "lobbing a lobber"
2) Shoulder pain due to swinging too hard - Outdoor balls don't echo as much, bigger outdoor court size, don't overswing, stay within yourself.
3) Rule differences between indoor & outdoor- Pretty self explanatory, service rules, basic strategy, etc.
Thanks for any input everyone and look forward to hearing your suggestions.

Hello All,
In late September we are going to be shooting a video series with Fran Davis, similar to what we did previously with John Ellis. We want to get some feedback on what all the players out there would like to see. Fran Davis specializes in breaking down the fundamentals of the game both mentally and physically to really improve your game from the ground level. We want to know about any specific topics/scenarios you would like addressed or covered.
We want to cover as many topics as we can and are open to any ideas so bring on the racquetball genius.

Hello all,
We are moving to a new facility soon and are looking into building a racquetball court. We are pretty open to building an outdoor or indoor court. Ideally we would like to build an indoor court but price is the biggest determining factor.
We are in CA and are open to collecting the materials and hiring a contractor for the construction. Any advice or info is much appreciated. We have already received one quote around $40k - pretty high.
Thanks in advance,
RW Staff
