How much is a used Lethal NXT Gen 160 worth? I have one (unstrung and no grip) and I want to sell it, but I have no idea for how much.

I was looking at gloves made of cabretta leather that have similar thickness: from $5/ea to $18/ea, and I'm asking myself: why is there a $12 difference between these two gloves?

So I called racquetworld, and they tell me that the $5 glove uses an inferior cabretta leather, while the $18 glove uses premium cabretta leather.

How true can this statement be? Do they use sick sheep for one and cloned sheep for the other?

I'm an Open player and the bottom line is that I'm searching for an affordable glove that I can buy in batches. I found a place that sells the Ektelon Controller for about $6.

Generally speaking, how good (or bad) of a glove is this? Is it thin, thick? Is it relatively durable? This is the glove: http://tiemposport.com/tienda1/images/uploads/EktelonController2.jpg

My only concern is if it they're tacky enough with an Ektelon Vision grip.

Is there actually any difference between that glove and the $20 gloves?

A few days ago I thought meetandplay had been shut down... if you go to www.meetandplay.com you get a blank page. If it weren't for the bookmark that I had for this URL, I wouldn't even be here. I even emailed John Scott to see if he knew why MNP had been closed.

Someone should tell Will that in the meantime, he should redirect anyone that goes directly to www.meetandplay.com.

I know for a fact that there are many members that think MNP is dead...

I love irtnetwork, but geez, what's up with John Scott's wardrobe during live interviews?

Just imagine, if some mayor network decides to tape a portion of the match interviews, this is what they'd see. And considering that the NY Times was covering the Kane Train this weekend, I'd assume John would dress more appropriately.

Before I continue, I want to make this clear: I know how great Sudsy is. He's in the all-time top 5. I know that and 99% of the members here know that.

I'm listening to him while watching the Kane-Rojas match and I've got a few issues with his commentary:
* How many times does he need to say that many people think I'm the best of all time?
* During the game he asked Russ Honestly, what do you think of this kid?. I genuinely thought that he was talking about Jose, and then I realized he was asking about Kane. Kane is far from being a kid: the guy's a professional athlete who's arguably the #1 player in the world, and has an incredible 130+ win streak. He's not a kid.
* At least to me, his commentary praising Kane's game doesn't seem genuine.

On the other hand, I find his commentary of the match (gameplay, strategiest, etc) to be invaluable and a great way for us to understand how a pro thinks, but some of the comments he makes seem to be out-of-place.

Just my two cents. And I'm not here to piss anyone off. It's just my humble opinion.

I went to a sports store the other day and I noticed they had baseball gloves sale, and they were were selling nice-looking Nike gloves (in pairs) for $12.

So I'm thinking... has anyone ever used a baseball glove to play RB? I normally wouldn't consider using another type of glove, but gloves are costing $15 a pop, and that's a pretty penny.

I posted in Racquetball Talk but it seems nobody knows and/or nobody cares. There used to be an international forum, but it's gone.

Does anyone know if the matches at the Panamerican games in Mexico will be broadcast? There are a bunch of great games today (Rocky, Rhonda, Shane & Chris, Ackermann, Beltran, etc.). Unfortunately, intenationalracquetball.com is doing a lousy job updating their page.

Maybe someone here knows?
