Come on down and sign up! Let me know if I can help in anyway i.e. scheduling requests and the like. This is the first Pro Stop @ this club since I can remember and some great people (Chris Conrad) are coming out of pocket to support and run this thing. I hope you can make it, let me know!

All this hype about Cali vs Texas Cali vs Oregon and such and looking at our 4 players in the Open Division as a Californian I'm alittle embarrassed, C'Mon maaaaaaaaaaaaaan? These other Regionals are making us look bad guys, let's go! What's the deal, lack of $$ maybe or? O well, me, Club, Greg, and John Rhodes who just moved here from Colorado in the Open division, I think I could get Crowther to play, perhaps no prize money? What's the deal? Oregon Regionals look WAY tough, THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMMM. Anyone have any insight on this?

Girls 16/18 doubles 5th place match on the show court and the final match in the same division Darn it!
LOL O well...
:o
I just recieved a message from Crowther and it sounds like they spared no expense with this event. There is a portable court set-up right in a busy part of downtown and the vibe is great with alot of people stopping by with much interest. Hats off to the Korean Racquetball Federation and those putting on this event, it's great for racquetball and the IRT as it truly becomes the International Racquetball Tour. Does anyone have a link to the draw? Chris said he plays tomorrow.
KOREA! Nice, HIGH LEVEL!
=d>
Is anyone playing today? I have a meeting in Costa Mesa from 1-3 then I was thinking of heading over.
:-k
Let's hear em, Men's and Women's Qualies....
I'll go out on a limb and say it's Rocky, Jack, or Mitch's title and Rhonda or Cheryl in the women's. I know I'm a big risk taker... LOL
I'm hoping for some upsets and looking forward to some great ball in Houston. You gada love the hot humid CONCRETE courts although the Green Ball is alittle bit of an equalizer, Ektelon blue or Penn HD would be ideal IMO....
BRING THE HEAT IN HOUSTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8-)
For any other racquetball addicts that decided to stay in on a Saturday night and tune in.....
Yes I admitted I'm an addict and I'm at home watching rb on a Sat night... sigh what is this world coming to? hahahaha j/k all good... enjoy

Come back buddy, come back..... LOL Haven't seen a post from you in awhile. Sat in San Diego if your interested? We have a good group of guys playing RB in the AM then Squash in the PM all by the water buddy so you will feel at home and can catch a few waves as well......
I think we have PowerSkip, Mini Clubber (ScottD), and perhaps Bryce thus far.....Bring It!
Ryan, are you out there?
:cheesy:
Does anyone have any more info on this event? It's coming up in a couple weeks and I I haven't been able to locate an application or online sign-up....

The IRT will head back to Tijuana Mexico and the Rio Racquetball Club for the 2008 Mexico Open. This event will be a tier one and will be held April 3-6. Stay tuned for more details!!!
The new season is upon us, this time next week the first stop of the year will be going on and a Grand Slam event to boot. Are you ready? What are some of your thoughts and predictions?
I have been fortunate enough to be the official punching bag for our top pros here in Southern California and have had the opportunity to get in some court time with these guys the past three weeks or so, JMAN, Rocky, Alvaro, and Chris Crowther. All of theses guys have been training hard and look sharp on the court. Good luck gentz and hopefully somehow someway all 4 of you can be in the semi's and start the season off with a bang. On a side note, it's definitely something pretty special and cool that these guys can play the tour full time and make a living doing what they love to do perhaps with the hard work of Dave and the tour and those involved racquetball can be brought up to a level where more guys can hit the tour fulltime and follow their dreams............
Good luck to All!
Does anyone happen to know if RacquetballOnline.TV will be covering the event?
:-k
Does anyone have the flyer for this Sunday's shootout in Newport? I can't seem to locate it.
Many thanks in advance!

Speaking of rumors or truth and this could lead into Suds maybe coming back, but I heard that one of the top players on tour signed a signifigant deal with Motorola, any truth to this? JMAN?
If so, this is great news for the world of racquetball and perhaps will motivate some of the great to get back out there.

Hey, any locals know of a cool place to stay that is pet (dog) friendly on the beach by chance? I have some friends driving in to scope out the event?
Thanks in advance.

Whaddup Racquetball World!
Come check out this great event in San Diego. This is a paddleball and racquetball event with some decent prize money and a good time will be had by all. The feature of course is JIMBOS BBQ all day Saturday for those of you that didn't get enough of his amazing grub the previous weekend at the Outdoor Nats. We can be flexible with start times, ect, just PM me or contact the club owner, John Brumfield. This event typically draws JMAN himself on the paddleball court, Alvara Beltran, and "The Giant" Chris Crowther amongst many others including Charlie Brumfield the legend....
Good Times, Good Times for sure folks, come get some and again PM me with any ?'s/comments!
All the Best and hope to see you in Diego!
